Minutes AGM 2011

ELTON PARISH COUNCIL

The Annual General Meeting of Elton Parish Council took place in the Highgate Hall on Tuesday 17th May 2011 at 8.00 p.m.

NOTES

PRESENT: Cllrs Burgess, Hidderley, Kirk, Porter, Shrive, Todd and Truman

BY INVITATION: No members of public in attendance

IN ATTENDANCE: Mrs W Gray Parish Clerk

1. APOLOGIES: Cllr B Doughty, PCSO Barry Chamberlain

2. NOTES OF MEETING 2010 – Cllr Hidderley proposed that the notes of the meeting were signed, this was seconded by Cllr Kirk and carried unanimously.

3. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: The Chairman circulated his report to the Councillors and again reiterated his thanks to support he had received from council members (no members of the public being present).

4. AUDITED ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31ST MARCH 2011 – The accounts have been completed by the Parish Clerk and checked and signed off by the Internal Auditor. The Parish Clerk talked through the summary with Councillors.

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS – None

The meeting closed at approx 8.06 p.m.
